The starting point.
Vibration and wear at the short rail transitions were affecting trolley travel. Following an earlier A75 rail project, STARKON was selected to carry out work on two further cranes using A100 short rails.

OUR SCOPE
What we delivered.
The team designed and produced eight short rail pieces for the two cranes. Component preparation was coordinated with the site programme, where the rails were replaced and the rail bed repaired.
THE RESULT
The completed work.
The completed work restored a smoother trolley transition. Component manufacture and repair of the support beneath the rail were treated as part of the same job.
