Heavy-duty forklift fork extensions
Long cargo can require more support than the standard fork blade provides. STARKON designs, manufactures, repairs and modifies heavy-duty fork extensions for industrial applications. Sleeve length, internal section, retention and load distribution are considered together. The extension increases the supporting length; the permissible load still depends on the complete truck and attachment combination.

Do fork extensions increase forklift lifting capacity?
No. Fork extensions increase supporting length. The forklift residual capacity still depends on the attachment weight, load centre and permitted truck configuration.
Can heavy-duty fork sleeves be made to fit existing forks?
Yes. Supply the fork width, thickness, length and taper, the required extension length and the cargo load distribution. Retention and operating conditions are included in the specification.
