COIL HANDLING / DELIVERED EQUIPMENT

Eye to sky.
32 tonnes of capacity.

The supplied STHF-32T20FT-ETK lifting flat is built for coils with the eye facing upwards. The documented configuration is rated at 32,000 kg WLL and measures 6,000 × 2,500 × 2,300 mm. A dedicated flat-based solution for coil handling.

CUSTOM ENGINEERING / TRANSPORT & STORAGE

Support beyond the lift.

A custom transport and storage frame for a 50-tonne-rated lifting beam, designed for breakbulk handling. STARKON covered engineering, fabrication, finishing and delivery. The 50-tonne figure describes the beam rating, not the storage frame capacity.

TERMINAL EQUIPMENT / CONTAINER CLEANING

Containment built into the process.

A series of custom liquid containment trays and racks delivered to a Belgian container terminal. The equipment collects residual liquids during cleaning, ready for pumping, treatment and disposal through the terminal’s process.

FORKLIFT ATTACHMENTS / WIDE LOADS

A wider approach to handling.

Fork spreader frames increase fork spacing for wide and oversized cargo. STARKON introduced 12- and 25-tonne configurations, with custom engineering around the application. This original engineering view shows the 12-tonne version.

SERVICE / REFURBISHMENT

Evacuation cages, refurbished.

For a valued long-standing customer, we inspected and repaired the complete steel structures, fully replaced the lifting lugs and applied a new protective coating and markings.

SERVICE / ROLLTRAILER REPAIR

Looking beneath the deck.

A rolltrailer repair scope can include much more than the visible deck. The project records cover timber deck replacement, support-beam repairs, wheel-hub covers and attention to running gear. These detail photographs show the structure and components that inform the repair work.

COIL TRANSPORT / ENGINEERING

A dedicated bed for steel coils.

A 40 ft coil adapter developed around a five-coil layout, with support saddles and end restraints. The project drawings define a maximum total payload of 100 tonnes, subject to the individual coil limits and operating conditions.

FABRICATION / LOADING ACCESS

From steel frame to loading ramp.

A custom 40-tonne heavy-duty ramp delivered to a container terminal in Zeebrugge, Belgium. The photographs show fabrication and the completed equipment; loading and operating conditions remain specific to this unit.

EQUIPMENT / IN OPERATION

Six sets. One tailored delivery.

Six complete sets of forklift coil handling attachments supplied for the Port of Antwerp. Different configurations ranged from 3 to 14 tonnes, covering yard movements, truck loading and unloading, and container handling.

REFURBISHMENT / TERMINAL EQUIPMENT

Personnel access, renewed.

A personnel lifting platform refurbishment with an upgraded anti-slip floor, self-closing doors and renewed finishing. The before-and-after photographs show the work on the platform structure and guardrails.
