04 / TERMINAL TRANSPORT
20 ft & 40 ft roll trailers
20 ft and 40 ft roll trailers for terminal cargo transport, with 60-tonne and 100-tonne requirements configured around the load.

Keep heavy cargo moving.
STARKON supplies roll-trailer solutions for breakbulk and terminal cargo movements. Roll trailers are also used in RoRo logistics, where trailer geometry, the gooseneck interface and the loading sequence must match the operation. Choose the trailer footprint around the cargo, then define the payload, load distribution, towing interface and operating speed. Our range enquiries include 20 ft and 40 ft trailers and 60-tonne or 100-tonne payload requirements. The documented 20 ft reference is a 35-tonne ISO flatbed; a separate 40 ft / 100-tonne design is available in our project files. A coil roll trailer combines a suitable trailer with a dedicated coil-support arrangement.
- Deck layout matched to the load
- Cargo support and restraint requirements
- Access for maintenance considered

Operating requirementsLength and payload are separate selection criteria. No capacity is implied for every size combination. Confirm load distribution, point loads, speed, towing equipment and restraint for the specific trailer. The 100-tonne coil adapter is a separate product, not a trailer rating.

Questions before you specify.
Practical details for your equipment enquiry.
Can I request a 20 ft or 40 ft roll trailer for 60 or 100 tonnes?
Yes. Send the required footprint and payload as separate requirements. A 60-tonne or 100-tonne enquiry needs confirmation of load distribution, point loads, speed and towing equipment. The documented 20 ft reference is a 35-tonne model; capacities are not interchangeable between models.
What is a coil roll trailer?
A coil roll trailer combines a trailer with a dedicated coil-support arrangement. The trailer payload, coil support, restraint and towing interface must be specified together. STARKON also offers a separate coil adapter for a compatible flat trailer.
