The starting point.
After fifteen years of operation, the trolley drivetrain needed a complete overhaul. The work had to be planned around a short maintenance window to limit crane downtime.

OUR SCOPE
What we delivered.
STARKON managed the project preparation and execution, including the safety plan, daily progress coordination and vibration measurements. The scope included trolley drivetrain parts, wheels, bearings and shafts, followed by wheel alignment. Truck buffers were replaced and their height adjusted.
THE RESULT
The completed work.
The team completed the work within the planned window despite adverse weather. The refurbished drivetrain returned the trolley to smooth operation.
