The starting point.
A container terminal reported that its Liebherr STS trolley repeatedly failed to follow the rail correctly. The resulting flange wear and additional loading on the trolley structure were affecting operation.

OUR SCOPE
What we delivered.
STARKON inspected wheel positions, wheel geometry, the rails and the trolley structure. The measurement results guided the alignment adjustments. Geometry was checked throughout the work to restore the relationship between the wheels and the running rails.
THE RESULT
The completed work.
After the alignment work, the trolley travelled smoothly across the rail system again. The project addressed the tracking conditions that had caused unnecessary wheel and rail wear.
